Mackley Industrial Estate offers a wide range of secure warehouse units, storage facilities and business premises to businesses of varying sizes in the South East. Set in the beautiful location of the South Downs, designated as a National Park in 2010, the Industrial Estate and Business Park offers a beautiful setting whilst maintaining good transport links across the South East of England and beyond. We are only 25 miles from Gatwick and 5 miles from Shoreham Port with the M25 only 31 miles away offering unrivalled distribution links to the whole of the region and into Europe. These transport links help to make Mackley Industrial Estate one of the leading Industrial Estates in Sussex.

The Mackley Industrial Estate was started in the 1970’s by the Mackley Family. It is set in an idyllic location with a woodland setting and a view of the South Downs. There is excellent road access with good links to the M27 and M23, close to Brighton, Gatwick Airport and Shoreham Port.

There is a mixture of recently constructed modern units together with older more cost effective ones. A substantial development of 100,000 sq ft was completed in 1989. The size of these units was between 3000 and 12000 sq ft. The most recent addition to the Estate was for a further 39,000 sq ft in similar unit sizes which was completed in 2005. Most have a 4.87m eaves height for container lorry access with various combinations of office accommodation.

There are still some areas available for future development which would be suitable for a progressive company that wished to create their own customised units in this excellent location.
